I already know (in theory) to live in the moment and let it unfold and not to tell all my friends everything and get overly hyped early on and try not to write the future story of a whole relationship… but since it’s human nature, I kind of can’t turn my brain off and it just happens sometimes.

If you could do a follow up vidoe on tactics to actually follow this advice and chill out your brain… i’m all ears!!!
