It’s still changing my life the people you meet the friendships carry on and you continue your growth with them. Fundamentally you are changed inside. It doesn’t meN you don’t have challenges or events happen in your life but you respond differently to them. It’s like these events happened in my life and so what? Let’s go and live my life let’s live it and not waste another moment.
I’m so grateful for this experience that changed my life and continues to change my life every day .

I’m not sure I love myself enough and I don’t want to put my burdens on others. This is not something I’m proud of. I friendzone a lot of guys they’re great guys but I never feel like they know or understand the real me so their feelings about me are not genuine in my mind. In the end it comes down to fear if I’m being truly honest. Thank you for this video it was nice to hear her story, it was very relatable. I hope to one day be able to attend one of your live retreats.
